The store manager is the most beautiful person, super friendly and always willing to help. They have a variety of dog foods you can't get elsewhere in Canberra. They happily price match online stores but usually have the best prices. Best pet shop by far

Have used them half a dozen times now to trim and groom our dog. They've done a great job every time, and the dog appears pretty unstressed about it. Will continue to use their services 😀

A good selection and friendly staff, although the dogs always look very sad locked in their tiny cages waiting for their grooms. Not sure I would want to put my pup in there for that. They do price match though, so if you find something cheaper elsewhere, they are happy for you to show them and they will match it.

Staff were very helpful and even my 4mth old German Shepherd pup was able to socialize.

Extremely Friendly and Helpful Service. A better range of Fish would not go astray But overall a Great Store.
