Online sale policy

To purchase any corals or fish on the Facebook page all you need to do is comment "sold" on the picture, once you do this you have 24 hours to organize payment. Failing to do this the comment will be deleted. Repeat offenders of failure to pay will be banned from posting on the page.

Shipping:

Shipping days - Monday to Thursday, orders must be place and paid before 9:00pm on the day prior to being shipped

Overnight express via TNT express
$20 to most areas, WA & Tas excluded


Same day airport to airport from $60, please contact us for a confirmed price

DOA policy
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy, any issues must be notified upon collection as no claims will be considered after 12 hours of arrival. Proof will be required in the form of a photo of the issue/death, any claim without proof will be considered false.

In the event of death a refund may be issued. if the entire order arrives dead shipping may also be refunded.
