I love this store, everyone's always willing to help, the discount bins always have surprisingly good products at great prices. Their range of products at different price points for everything food, toys, clothes is great too. Highly recommend this place.

I was only on to get one thing which was a battery for a bark collar which the staff member did not seem to even know they sold. Parking seemed to confuse a few people as we got double parked behind and a few cars were in places that were not spots even when clearly marked spots where empty

Poor customer service. I got a bunny cage and some food there a few weeks ago. I asked the first staff to find if they have new one or just the one on display. She said ‘yes I will check it immediately’, and then she left me alone for around 10mins until another staff asked me anything that she could help me! She went to check out for other customers! That’s sooo rude! And I got the cage for around $200 but not good quality. I have no choice because I was in a hurry.

Friendly, helpful staff and a good range of products. The carpark can be a bit tricky to get a park, or get in and out of at peak times.

Repeat customer. I mainly come here for the hay bales. This location always has stock and the staff are happy to carry the bale to the car for me.  Overall the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.  The store itself is a decent size with a wide selection of toys and accessories.  I was also surprised to see that there were no dead fishes and the tanks were reasonably clean.  The only thing to note is that there is limited parking and during rushes you may need to park down the street.  Overall it's a decent pet shop with most necessities.

Fantastic groomers at a great price. The two young ladies who are the groomers were absolutely wonderful with my best mate. Barney is a kelpie who has a phobia of water and hates his paws being touched. They treated him with sensitivity, well he is 12 , an old man, and did a great job. His coat is actually shiny for the first time in a long time. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Love the staff they are always welcoming and friendly always willing to help as well.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I always take my dog here for a DIY wash.
