Dogs Best Friend

Cassandra groomed both my Labradoodles today and they look great! She was friendly, gentle, professional and accommodating. My eldest dog Honey is quite frail so I was worried about leaving her, but Cassandra allowed me to stay and help hold Honey while she clipped her fur. Both my dogs have quite a few little warts/skin lesions on their skin but Cassandra didn't knick any of them (other groomers in Sydney have done this in the past and while I appreciate it must be hard to avoid them because they're hidden under the fur, Cassandra was very careful). I highly recommend this salon, my girls were very happy and frisky after their haircut and I'll definitely be returning.

They accidentally cut my dog, (which they didn't inform me when I picked her up, only apologized when I contacted them after) and the wound was inflamed for a few months after with no signs of healing. Brought her to the vet, vet had to put her under general anesthesia to remove the wound and she had to be stitched up. Contacted them again after - did not pick up calls, did not respond to my messages. Sure, they do decent enough grooming job. But just know that they won't be responsible for your dog if accidents happen.
