Unclean, service is sluggish and unprofessional, orders not delivered as described in menu. Warm and iceless "iced coffee". Lovely, friendly waitress who disappeared very quickly, cold water not served although promised, table left dirty from previous customers throughout our half hour there, with dirty plates and crumpled dirty napkins as a perfect decor for the occasion. Echuca deserves better.

Old style... warm fireplace.... great menu.... perfect place for a snack in the old port area. But no service. We walked out 15 min after being seated. The waitress looked us straight in the eye and kept walking. So we walked too. We rang a while after - as its nicer to discuss these things out of the public eye. They just slammed the phone down. So here is your one star review. Restaurants in Echuca rely on customers to stay in business. It would seem you guys don't want to stay in business. Oh... and there were six other customers in the place. So you cant use that as an excuse.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, quaint spot. Only had coffee here but it wasn’t a very good one unfortunately.

So sadly disappointed today. One of our favourite cafes in our home town. Greeted beautifully, sat down near the fire at table 1. Given menus. Asked for tea for two then looked at menu.....perfect until then.... But wsiting for 15 minutes for someone to come back while another couple who came in after is got served straight away AND having staff walk past us 4 times and obviously seeing we were waiting??? Unacceptable. Left after 15 minutes. Don't say it was because you were flat out and the Blues Festival is on because you weren't. Poor form Wistaria.
