Size isn't what matters, I was pleased with my 20$ fisherman's basket and wasn't left feeling hungry. 
To me the service was great!! Service with a definite smile by very genuine people.
I'm not phased by the staffs appearance. They looked clean even if a little dishevelled,  this isn't fine dining. 
The batter on my fish was light, not doughy, a little oily in parts but that can be the nature of things especially on a warm day sitting outside.

Fresh and tasty traditional fish and chips shop. Nice light batter. Very enjoyable

Worst value for money and fish under cooked, never going back again

Young girl efficient and informative.  Great serving of chips, fresh and crisp.  Only negative, think staff should wear gloves when preparing fish and other foods, especially after handling money from customers.
