Great wine bar in a quaint suburb of north Hobart. Had the chicken liver parfait, jamon and mozzarella, croquettes, and some local wines. Busy and bustling. Good service. Food looked so good I didn’t get a chance to snap some photos.

We went to Willing Bros. for a bite to eat before a movie and thoroughly recommend it. Very good tapas menu.

Haven't had the food here but the fact that the menu is small and concise and the owner actually is the chef, id expect the food to be outstanding. The wines l however...are brilliant. Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff.

Great spot for a quiet wine or a post-dinner drink with friends. Excellent choice of local and not-so-local varieties. Haven't tried the food menu, but there have been some lovely aromas from the kitchen on a few occasions.

We came on a Wednesday evening, it wasn't particularly busy and we got a seat at the window bench. Immediately greeted by the owner who gave us a personalized sommelier service, we both found wines to enjoy. We ended up having dinner here too - sourdough, spiced nuts, olives, jamon, and the cumin spiced pork. All were absolutely delicious. Would definitely go back to try a wider selection of beverages.
