The Winnie is an institution in Hobart. Fantastic American-style food (including the best cheeseburger you'll find anywhere, bar none). The tap list is always changing and there's never a shortage of quality local, national and international brews available. Just bear in mind that during busy times there's often a lengthy wait for food, although this seems to have eased up of late. There's always a great atmosphere, so do yourself a favour and check them out.

Best pub in town. It’s hard to find good vegetarian food at pubs but oh my goodness the winston delivers the goods! Always interesting new beers to try. Best for atmosphere every night of the week.

Good quality beer. Amazing food. Highly impressed with the amount of vego options that are real good options (opposed to the classic salad or chops). My buddy claims the ribs were the best he's ever had and same with the coleslaw. Can tell food is fresh and lines are clean. 10/10!

My God am I happy I found this place in Hobart. Friendly staff and their house Pale Ale is off the charts. Great wings too.

What a fantastic beer pub. Great choice of nice ales. Cozy and great location. Very popular. And food looks good too.
