The staff were lovely. I took ages choosing my 2 pairs of shoes. But nothing was a trouble to the young assistant. She was very happy and helpful and I love my shoes!
Great customer service from the friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant who took her time to fit both my boys for school shoes. She took time to listen to what they were saying and went above and beyond to address their concerns until she found a style and fit they were comfortable with. Very rare that you get such great customer service these days!
