I had a fantastic experience at Kmart Greensborough recently while shopping for my nephew’s birthday present. I couldn’t find the toy he was hoping for, but Adrian in the toys section went above and beyond to help.nnAdrian was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to track down exactly what I was looking for. His excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.nnThe store was well organised, easy to shop in, and having team members like Adrian makes a real difference. Thanks again for helping me find the perfect birthday gift for my nephew!
Great store and wish they ran 24/7 being local. They’ve upped their stock and haven’t been running out on essentials as much as they used to for a bit there. Very happy with the fact I can go for what I was after and leave with it as it’s in stock.
Bought pack of three undies on size 8 hanger. Threw hanger in bin at self-service, showed receipt exiting the store then threw it away. When went to put on undies the next day, I noticed they were all size 12. Despite it being a manufacturing error, they would not exchange them without a receipt. I only wanted an exchange, they were still attached so obviously unworn
I wanted to give direct feedback to Lily from the greensborough store. I asked two other staff members to help me find a lobster hair clip that was available in stock as click and collect and they weren't very helpful. They wouldn't even look out the back as I suggested and asked. When I approached Lily and her manager, she was more than happy to go above and beyond to find them for me. I'm very thankful for this excellent customer service.
To the guy who helped me find a duck.nSquishy chick.nnI was looking for an item for a friend, and found one without a label. It was perfect, so I had to get it. After constant laps around the store, I realised there was no hope.nnUntil there was…nnThis guy kindly helped us out, showing us the exact location of where it would have been. He served us with a smile, humour, and kindness. He showed teamwork, as we all looked at all the labels on the shelf to find the matching one to the “squishy duck”.nnAnd there it was, marked at $2 for those wondering, honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at the shops.nnShoutout to this legend, whoever he is, he deserves a pay rise.
