I've provided the receipt, I've showed that the transaction came from that card but she wants the physical card. So dumb. I showed her the tramsaction on the card. I explain this was paid for on a phone. Then claiming I'm rude is pathetic. 1 star. Clothes still had tags on them. If there worried about people getting money for items shop lifted, I would not show them i did the transaction from my card!!!
Greta stock but the kids on the check out are useless teenagers. Two staff ! BEN was exceptionally rude, and you should be asking customers for flybys - when I questioned this as being a Wesfarmers employee in the past he just didn’t say a word !
5 stars for your K-Mart Greensborough staff member Adrian. I assume he’s a Manager there but he helped my colleague and myself today with a watch matter - Adrian is a great ambassador for your organisation.

Me and my friend went to Kmart greensborough and we were buying a card when we ran into some nerds gummy clusters they were 2 dollars so we brought two of them and when I played it scanned twice for one and it said it was 4.50 for one so I had to pay for both even though I didn’t want to. My friend asked for help and the Kmart worker looked at him and ignored him he tried many times but nobody answered. I just got scammed
