I can't fault the service in this store. Staff are friendly, attentive, always introduce themselves by name. Highly impressed.

Felt very pressured to buy a club card. Didn't, but did buy the top if the range feather doona. Was assured that it would fluff up and have a high loft. Utterly disappointed. It's horrible for the price. Would have done better at target or Ikea. The doona is flat and the cover I bought with it ill fitting. Never felt so ripped off.
