I always find this store better stocked, more organised and staff more friendly than Bunnings Epping.

Purchased an expensive bbq with a missing piece. Spent over an hour to discuss the issue on hold only to be hung up on. Nobody at this store gives a damn nor helps yiyou u ever. I hate bunnings purely due to their complete lack of service. Will never ever spend my money there again.

Some people in this store need to learn how things works. I took two batterys (4months old) in to be repaired and was told id have them back in 7 days. I received a phone call after i left the store and asked to come back because there was something i had to sign in order for the batterys to be sent off for repair. I went in 3hrs later and spoke to someone from the tool shop ( not the original person i spoke to beacuse they had gone for the day) and explained the situation. I was told "no no, theres nothing to sign" 7 days later another call asking when im coming to sign the bit of paper!! So my batterys haven't been sent off yet. Long story short. Im 2 weeks without 2 batterys and could possibly be anotber 2 weeks. This makes it hard to perform my duties at work. Customer service really needs a touch up guys. Talking to one staff member on the phone, trying to express my concern, she didnt want to hear it, she just spoke over me. When i get my batterys back its the last time ill walk in the store.
