Whilst the store is wheelchair accessible, there are some aisles that are very tight. There are also extra bins and boxes which make navigation difficult. Very good range of stock and competitive prices.
Store was hectic and a few of the staff had trouble locating product in store but on the whole was a good shopping experience and they found everything we needed .nStaff are friendly even when it was busy .
Staff could've assisted a disabled person more than they did.nInstead of pointing out where the products were that he wanted, they should've walked with him and helped him what he wanted instead of having to walk all over the store in pain.
One of the biggest Spotlight stores and vast varieties of items from craft to curtains to Mancester. Parking spaces seems mostly full though. Staff are nice. The craft stuff seems endless but the particular item I was looking for seems out of stock but was promised it will be restocked soon.
Waiting exactly 25 minutes in the Manchester section for service, the lady was in the phone all that time repeating the same story to the other person on the linenCustomer Service is highly poor,nThe product wasn't available at the end,nUpon my request to check the other stores and she wasn't happy to do sonShe called the other store, and she passed the phone to me to check if the product was available or not?nAfter another 15 minutes of waiting time , I just hanged up and walked away ,nYou need to have a day off to go to this store
