We do buy water here. If other stores runs out. They do run outs of printer inks most of the times. My last purchase here is HP ENVY INSPIRE 7921E PRINTER $175.00 Plus EXTRACOVER REPLACEMENT $24.00 It was quick service. This shop if you know what you looking for the better The workers they never smile or interacts with customers. 4 star for my pretty printer
Worst customer service ! Staff have attitude and not helpful . They refused to take passport photo of my baby claiming they don’t do it . After arguments they agreed to take the photo but they said guarantee it will be rejected! My baby sits down calm and the photo was taking perfectly with his eyes open and mouth closed perfect shot . I water 5 minutes while the staff chatting to each other then I was told the photo is rejected and can’t be printed claiming they can’t control the system and unable to printed . If you not happy at your job leave !! There more people looking for work and will be happy to take your spot . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE .
Worst Click and Collect in The History of Retail. As soon as you walk in to the store you are immediately greeted with a click and collect sign saying 'stand and wait here for a team member', whilst all the staff at the checkouts and roaming the store just completely ignore you, knowing quite well you have been standing there for more than eight minutes. The sign could not be more obvious in its clear and direct instructions and yet I was completely disregarded. After seemingly endless moments of sheer frustration I was forced to beckon out to one of the staff members to receive any attention, 'can you get someone to serve me'. The staff member came over asking me, 'who told you to wait here?' I replied with, 'your sign did'. She then suggested that I should have told them I am here for click and collect, well then what is the point of the sign? Absolutely appalling service!
I ordered $460 worth A0 Posters printed for a work event, and rather than any kind of protective tubing being offered, they rolled them in one single roll with elastic bands. Not even bubble wrap? Please. The service was friendly but Jesus Christ, for half a grand I really expected better. Really not good enough.
I went there on Tuesday, 25th October 2022. Just wanted to appreciate the girl who was working there. She helped me with printing 2X2 inch passport photograph. She was very helpful and courteous. Wishing her best of luck in life. Thanks Again!
Luckily we checked the passport photos of my daughter before leaving the store. Top part of head was missing. and they also managed to delete the digital version which he wads supposed to send me. They need some experienced workers
Store is well managed and good but I've mixed reviews for the staff. Some of the staffs were not quite helpful few months back. But recently I've visited store to purchase monitor and chair so tech guy who help me was very humble and helpful. He helped me with the trolley and billing. Apart from that a lot items are available in this store.
The worst service I’ve encountered. Standing in front of others at the printing section and people behind me were being served. Nobody bothered to ask if I needed help, and it was obvious I did. I was standing there with my baby in her pram and she was unsettled. I just walked out so angry and on the verge of tears. Never coming to this Officeworks again.
Usb hubs are split across 2 areas. Went where I grabbed one last timethe one I bought broke after less then 10 uses , I couldn't find what I wanted amongst the hubs. Walked to the next row of shelves and found another section with USB hubs but labelled "USB hubs and webcams".. how's that for organisation
NO REFUNDS* *For "expensive" products after 30 days. Avoid this store! I've been shopping here for over a decade - maybe since they opened up here. Never had an issue until I had to return a faulty $199.00 BENQ PC monitor outside the 30 day return period. Now I see what all the other reviews mean by bad service. Staff including manager were unwilling to help with a refund for the monitor which had a major glitchy flashing issue more than a simple flicker definitely a seizure hazard. I was flabbergasted as I always thought Officeworks would be pretty good about returns. The staff/manager kept trying to convince me to go to the manufacturer for repair as their own repair service would be much lengthier. As I needed this monitor for work, I could not wait for repairs and wanted a refund or replacment. Was told that their policy is that they do not offer refunds or replacements for "expensive" products after 30 days. They advised I only have two options; wait for their repairs or go through the manufacturer. I read between the lines and decided to go f... buy a new monitor elsewhere and cut my losses by never going back to their store. Terrible experience.
