I had a fantastic experience at Officeworks Epping- thanks to Dilara, who went above and beyond to assist me. It was such a busy time but she handled everything so efficiently and with genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone so hardworking and attentive.
I had a great experience at Officeworks thanks to Ash who helped me with my printing. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable and made what could have been a stressful task quick and easy. Ash deserves recognition for her professionalism and kindness. Thank you!
although it's a good place to get everything but My Experience was not very good at this store twice. once we had to get the photo done for my daughter and the person on the counter said we don't do pictures for children for safety reason and then we asked another lady luckily who guided us and did picture for our daughter. and then reacently i went their to get personlised gift for my daughter's birthday two of the female staff there that time told me to go on self serving counter we tried their for an hour atleast and then i asked one of the staff for the help he came and tried and said i don't have the idea about this i can ask other staff for help and then he went to the same person who told me to go on self service counter and then that female staff told him she can't do it from here as we dont have that option at our store she can do it online !!!! and then that staff member came and told me the thing... seriously !!!! after wasting an hour you're telling me this? I asked the lady in very clear words and then she asked me to go on self service counter... Not happy with Staff's atitude there and now iam trying to get that personalised gift order online iam not able to do it and don't know why.......nplease ask your staff to guide customer right at first place...
DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM HERE!!! I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro one year ago from Officeworks, a year later my front and back camera don’t work and they’re doing nothing to help. I took the phone to them to have a look and they mentioned how they’ll have to keep it for 2 WEEKS!! Without offering a replacement or same day fix. They have no idea what they’re doing and have no idea how to keep their customers satisfied, all the know how to do is price match for “best prices” but provide shit products. Don’t go to them
Do not bother getting your passport photo taken here. It is not worth it.nI was given passport photos that look blurry and like they have a snap chat filter on them. The photo was taken from quite far. When asked if they could take a clearer photo with actual resolution, the shop assistant, sakida, said she doesn’t think they look blurry, and she was told to stand near the “pens” when taking a photo.nSuper unprofessional by not caring less that they are 100% giving me an unacceptable passport photo that will not be accepted by the passport office, I have an emergency for an expedited passport and could not find any post office open on a Sunday, waste of time and my effort, On a Sunday.
