So impressed by how handy Office Works High St Epping Victoria was for quick photocopying of Documents we needed Certified, 7am. Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank You Amanda and Office Works. Not just for Photocopying, but so many interesting things, Don't get out much, but will be back. Excellent Service and Cheap. Highly recommend
Very disappointing experience at Officeworks Epping.I was refused a passport photo for my 5-year-old because staff claimed it was “against policy to photograph child that age,” yet the manager completed the photo minutes later with no issue. Confusing, inconsistent service and poor staff training. Customers deserve clear and accurate information. Even nothing is mentioned on the officeworks website about anything like this. This store is new but staff is still same, always ready to make life difficult for the visitors.
Seems similar to other experiences shared about lack of care or awareness of customers needing to be served.nnWent in to pick up a click and collect print job one small 24 page bound book. Waited in line at the print section for 15 minutes and nobody moved. Two ladies serving the same two customers who were taking their time picking and choosing things endlessly.nnFrustrated, my wife stayed in line with our screaming baby who was also fed up with not moving while I went to the front checkouts and told them that I was just here to pick up a clicked collect. He scanned the barcode and said I just needed to wait at the print section. I told him I had been for over 15 minutes and not one person had been served. He said “well you just need to wait over there”.nnI walked back to the line and waited for another 10 minutes so 25 minutes total now while nothing happened. I looked back over to the front desks where three male employees were literally standing around doing nothing.nnAbsolutely beyond my wits end, I yelled to the lady that we had been waiting for over 25 minutes just to pick something up. She came over to me, scanned my barcode and gave me my package. A 20 second transaction that I waited 25 minutes for. Barely an apology made and absolute awful customer service. Why bother doing a click and collect if you have to wait that long. Make a separate line for click and collects or call other staff to assist if you have a line of customers waiting to be served. 5 or 6 other customers lined up behind us and left in this time.nnAbsolutely shameful experience coming from someone who was a retail manager and can see everywhere this store went wrong. Get it together.
Had a great experience here this morning. Adam was super helpful and patient in helping me select a desk and chair, he also offered to load it into the car as I could not personally lift the items. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Adam!
