Brian was absolutely wonderful and made sure our thick maths binder was done to perfection. Even though he had to re-do it by hand he was so patient and helpful the whole time. Give that man a raise asap five star performance on his part.
I had a pretty frustrating experience at this store, and honestly — it was unacceptable.nnFinding what I needed was easy, but there was barely any staff on the floor. If I hadn’t known exactly what I was after, I wouldn’t have been able to get help, because no one was around.nnWhen I went to the checkout, there were only a couple of people ahead of me, but I still waited around 10 minutes — and all I wanted to do was buy my USB stick. Two staff were handling a refund for one customer, and instead of one stepping away to help others waiting, they both stayed with that one person the entire time.nnNo one acknowledged me, no eye contact, no “we’ll be with you soon.” Several staff walked past behind the counter, and still, nothing. I even saw someone behind the photo counter on their phone while I was still standing there, waiting to be served.nnThere was a clear lack of awareness, urgency, and customer care. I’ve never experienced this at any other Officeworks store. This level of service is unacceptable .
Had to get a bound reference done when it was pretty busy, didn't catch his name but the guy with the glasses helped me out and got the whole thing printed and bound in a few minutes. Did everything he could to keep it as cheap as possible, really appreciate it
Don't know how this allowed but apparently a staff member at the facility can tell you a product will work a specific way, but when you go home and attempt to use said product and it doesn't work as told. This particular facility will not give a refund due to you making a purchase on thier recommendation.nBasically they lie to sell products.nAbsolutely pathetic.nSafe to say im just gonna ask ai and shop online from now on.
Store is well managed and good but I've mixed reviews for the staff. Some of the staffs were not quite helpful few months back. But recently I've visited store to purchase monitor and chair so tech guy who help me was very humble and helpful. He helped me with the trolley and billing. Apart from that a lot items are available in this store.
