Was looking for a certain product for 5-10 minutes before asking a staff who was in the same aisle. She was an older lady and. brushed us off, told us to find another worker one of the other younger boys that were working there. She was not assisting any other customers at the time when we asked.
Dealt with a Girl I think her name was Ava at checkouts. So rude! 0 customer service skills and a poor attitude. Also was too busy speaking to colleagues and being inattentive.
Very rude staff, especially on the self serve where they try to tell you how to do the job that they should be doing for you. They also seem to practice unsafe work habits, accidents eating to happen in this store. Should be providing your staff with equipment to do their jobs properly and how to use that equipment.
Good, but not perfect. I found it a bit tricky to find what I needed, as items are arranged in an unusual order throughout the shop.
What can u say..coles is coles.. but i do love there bakery choices...and theres always good specials goin on..i find they have alot more selections sometimes than woolies.. yeah all in all gotta love specials and gotta love coles
