I have attempted to order doughnuts on uber eats an easy 10 times now, there is never any doughnuts! The worst part is, I have to purchase other items just to make up the limited amount, but the 1 thing I want, they never have. ORDER MORE DOUGHNUTS FOR CHRISTS SAKE! It's almost a third world problem.
A young Asian boy who I believed to have the name Eli was extremely rude whilst I was asking for help, he looked me up and down which I found extremely disrespectful and proceeded to essentially brush me off while I asked him where they kept the extra small condoms. He proceeded to spit in my general direction after I told him to do his job properly which was my final straw, so I left empty handed. unhappy. unsatisfied.
Was looking for a certain product for 5-10 minutes before asking a staff who was in the same aisle. She was an older lady and. brushed us off, told us to find another worker one of the other younger boys that were working there. She was not assisting any other customers at the time when we asked.
To the lady at the self check out last night and Mihili who I spoke to around 8:40pm, thank you for the wonderful service! Really appreciate your help and patience!
Very rude staff, especially on the self serve where they try to tell you how to do the job that they should be doing for you. They also seem to practice unsafe work habits, accidents eating to happen in this store. Should be providing your staff with equipment to do their jobs properly and how to use that equipment.
