I bought a product only to find after opening the box, it wasn’t what I tested in store. Innocent error, however I had opened the box & normally unless product is faulty there are no returns. (Very expensive error) My complaint could have been easily brushed aside. Instead, when I returned to the store to sort out the mix up, I was surprised to find everything was done to ensure a positive outcome. I was shown compassion & understanding by the young staff member who stayed professional & grounded while working on fixing the issue. Good customer service is difficult to find these days. I found exception Service in Dana. A big thank you! I hope JB know they have a gem in the Epping store. Thanks again.

The counter staff at this store are totally unhelpful & rude with no idea about customer service. I bought a Soniq selfie stick at this store which broke (the holding clip) & became useless after just a couple of uses. Went back to return it & get a refund. The tone & demeanor of the girl at the counter was very rude & she refused to give me a refund or exchange it saying physical damages wasn't covered by warranty even though I explained that it broke due to no fault of mine. I was also told that I needed to wait another 30 minutes if I wanted to speak to a manager. I guess this is what you should expect when they let a bunch of youngsters with little experience run their store. Disappointing.

Bought a tv and had it die within about a month but the team here were super friendly and helpful and replaced it. Even went the next model up because I wasn’t a fan of the last one that died and they knocked a large amount off on the price cannot recommend them highly enough.

This place is good if you know what you are after. Don't expect too much products information like a car salesman. You are expected to know the techno stuff. Best way to get a bargain is to choose what you like, then check the competitor price for exact same product on internet especially from Harvey, Officeworks Target, Kmart and then ask for a better deal.9 out of 10 you will get it on price match grounds. Their prices are infact better then Amazon and atleast you get to see the product before buying. Overall go prepared. Choose and negotiate for big value items like TVs, laptops ,hifi etc. I am happy with all purchases at this place and luckily nothing has broken down so far. They replaced one laptop straight away under warranty without much hassle.

Jb hi fi in Epping are the worst place to get Christmas presents. I went into the store from ballarat to purchase a tablet for my son for Christmas, I specifically asked them if it takes a SIM card for the internet because I won’t have wifi, they agreed. I even got a complimentary SIM card to use with it. When it was opened I was then told it doesn’t accept a SIM card so I had to drive back to Epping from ballarat hoping to exchange it for one that does. They said I can exchange it for another one but would cost an extra $230 when I am on limited funds due to being a single mother. Now I have no Christmas gift for my son and a waste of a lot of petrol and time that I can’t get back. They lied straight to my face to make a sale. Never going back to the Epping jb hi fi. The look on my sons face was pure disappointment. I hope that everyone sees this so it can be Provented from happening to them
