Since when is it considered professional for store workers to tell you “just a second” to finish their conversation to then serve you? Lay-by desk this was. How unprofessional this store is. The staff quickly know where the products are if you ask them, and the products on the shelf are actually quite unique and inspirational that you won't find them in other local stores so I give credit to the staff BUT I was loudly fake coughed at by three different Aussies customers as I walked around different sections. Go to [expletive] you racists, the store is quite big and spacious enough for all of us. The racism in this country is now at an unacceptable and very dangerous level. I've got six COVID booster shots, you [expletive] low-lifes so I'm doing my part. All I wanted to do was have peace and enjoyment browsing with my partner and family on a rainy weekend morning, but you racist strangers don't know how to mind your own [expletive] business! What a horrible experience! I don't think I'd ever want to come back to Greensborough just because of this, but the racists here want to see only white customers, right? So you'd like less money spent for local businesses and economy? It's ok, I'll spend my time and money elsewhere, perhaps on less racist places and shops of the globe.

What I great experience I had with Greensborough Target on 16/03/24 @ 3pm. This place is massive and sells all kinds of essential products. To make my shopping experience even better is the tender loving service rendered but one of the sales representatives. I didn't get his name but he seems to be in-charge of the men's department near the shoes and clothing area. I was browsing some sports shoes and he came up to me and help me in my sizes. I was there for around 20 mins and he has been very helpful and friendly with other customers too. He made effort in building rapport with them. He has the zeal , passion and dedication in making a great sales representative. Really appreciate his kind effort and this made me re-discovered a whole new level of shopping experience. I do hope management do take notice of a rare gem in this organisation. Really Appreciate .....
