Young staff member asked to check my bags.nnI opened my bags.nnShe asked for a receipt because I had a $9 kitty litter scoop from Kmart. She informed me ‘ um we also stock this.’nnI had a bag from Kmart. I’d thrown the Kmart receipt in the bin when I walked out.nI had other cat items from Kmart in my bags.nnI told her I don’t have the receipt but you can check the cameras if you like. I scrolled through my phone to find the transaction - at which point she spied me doing this so she said oh ok you can show me a statement from Kmart. I said what do you mean a statement?nnDo you mean a transaction? I had to open my banking app to show her I’d spent $32 at Kmart including the scooper.nnAt which point she let me go.nnI had my two children with me who felt extremely uncomfortable by her actions.nnWhy on earth would I steal a cat litter scoop?nnPlease teach your younger staff not to accost long term shoppers like.nnInsulting doesn’t even begin to describe it. Wednesday 7th January approx 5pm - young blonde worker. She had no right to hold me up like that.nnI’m an old school Aussie - she’s lucky she got me on a nice day.nnBeen shopping here for the last 20 years and she’s put me off completely.
On January 1st I was looking around Target Greensborough. Jess was so helpful on the assistant checkout. She checked on prices of Nintendo switch 2, Jess told me when the specials price ends. Jess was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. A pleasure to shop at Target.
I was floundering in the menswear dept at a Target Greensborough today, when a well dressed young fella by the name of Patrick came to my rescue in choosing a suit and matching accessories. He made the shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable and seemed to take pride in his work. An attribute that a lot of people seem to lack these days… I will definitely be seeking him out next time I’m shopping for clothes
Since when is it considered professional for store workers to tell you “just a second” to finish their conversation to then serve you? Lay-by desk this was. How unprofessional this store is. Got given absolute dirty looks by the girls behind the desk too. Management please tell your staff to not ignore customers. Sunday 6th Oct 1:15pm
