Absolutely fine experience. I am an old guy so asked for and got a plain van (most are). Agree some few logos are a bit much and the references to c¥€£ are over the top. Van - a Toyota Previa - was good and ran well on rough roads (150k) as well as expressways. Clean and reliable, roof tent was great, no hassle at return.
Recommended if you are prepared to leave your fake image and executive aspirations behind you. Don’t worry about the neighbours and what they think, get on with life and Go Wicked.

Not recommended!
We hired a van for our roadtrip in NZ in february and did not like the following: the van was so old that the savings in the price were lost with all the fuel we had to fill every single day, the van had a spider bed, so considering that we lived and slept there for two weeks that was really awful, the equipment provided was in bad conditions, table, sheets and pillows durty, I strongly recommend to hire a more professional company aich as JUCY (we took it in Australia and loved it). Upon we drop off the van we let know to the staff of wicked the above comments and they did not showed  any kind of consideracion ... with a quite rude modals...

Do not rent from these guys! Broke down on day 2, called every number they gave me and after several times of not being able to get through to anyone, I eventually got through to someone in Australia. They did not want to help and said that maybe I could call AA myself but didn't think so?!?! I went ahead and called them as we were stuck and gave the wicked camper member number. I was informed I would have to pay $90 on the phone just in case it was our fault. He came out and detirmined it was not our fault and we would get out money back. No sign of it yet. There is no excuse for terrible customer service!

Affordable and we got what we expected. Vans aren't pristine but they are clean! I know people complain about service and what not, but we got our value for what we paid for. We wanted affordable, we got it. No bells and whistles. We asked for a safe paint job as we didn't want to raise eyebrows and if you are on of those people (which is ok) YOU NEED TO ASK FOR THIS. The paintjobs aren't for everyone so don't be surprised if you get something else. GET COVERAGE FOR WINDOW CHIPS! NZed roads are rocky yo! Cheers
