This was my first time going to Whitehorse Music and I loved every minute of it. The customer service was some of the best I've experienced, thank you to the blonde petite woman (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). Not only did she help me choose a violin bow, she and another person who worked at the store were kind enough to tune my violin and install rubber feet on my shoulder rest free of charge (after paying for the rubber feet of course). Would definitely recommend!

I don't know much about my stringed instrument but
the staff was honest and friendly. I wasn't forced to buy anything
that's not necessary. 
Their customer service is one of the best I've experienced.

I visited a few more stores before I stopped by this place. Most of the owners were forcing me to buy too expensive stuff- This place was different. I talked to Richard and he was very friendly and honest. He did not ask me to change something not necessary. If you do not know much about string instrument but want to have a good & honest advisor, this is the place for you!
