I took my son's apple laptop to be repaired under warranty. They fixed the problem quickly a flickering screen and also replaced the keyboard and battery which we suspected was swollen but we had not bothered to report it. His laptop runs and looks like new. We are very happy with their service.
They resolved an issue on my phone for free. It wouldn’t charge or turn on. They opened up one of their sale items to see make sure that my magnetic charging was also working. Really appreciated their generosity!!

I'm a first time customer, purchasing a MacBook Pro to replace a 2016 MacBook Air and needing advice for backward compatibility with an older display monitor. We discussed a bunch of options and Neel followed up afterwards to check how it was all going. At every step I felt I could go back to him if there was a problem, but all's working as it should. So I'm very happy with the new purchase and that I found a source of knowledgable support at Pentagon.
Needed a battery replaced for my IPhone 11, and they were able to do it within 2 hours for a reasonable price. Very satisfied!
Terrible service. I rang to ask if my Ipad was eligible for warranty swap and they advised me to come in to the store. I drove 30 mins to get there only to be told immediately it wasn't. I have no issue with the fact it's not eligible but why not ask a few more questions over the phone to save people time. Make sure you clarify your query before going there.
Shout out to George from Pentagon!! George talked me through how to fix my mesh network whilst I was in the store and it finally works. I’ve been trying to fix it for such a long time. He really knows his stuff. Thanks George and the team at Pentagon

Pentagon is the best apple authorized repair store ever. Stuffs there are all kind and patient, willing to help and answer any question I asked. They got my MacBook fixed efficiently. I really appreciated it. Before I having my MacBook Pro repaired here, I went to the apple store in Chadstone, but the technician there are impolite and unable to fix my Mac. However, pentagon did fix the issue for me!This store is way much better than apple store Genius Bar! Thanks again for helping me out.
