Buyer beware: would not refund a Christmas gift (fragrance) on 7 January. Was advised at time of purchase that the stated 7 day return policy was soft - that returns would be accepted after that. So didn't hurry back, despite living locally. Told today that it's strict - exchange only. Wouldn't take my word about what I was told. Best they would do, after 20 minutes of needless arguing, was a gift card. Have shopped here plenty. Now won't come back. How is that good business? Lost far more in future sales than the value of the refund.

Quite a small and tight spaced store but still stocked with lots of products. Some of the Pharmacists are extremely rude and could use some customer service training. One particular pharmacists cant be bothered assisting you unless you can speak Chinese and quite simply wont come out behind the very back desk to serve you. Last week I wanted to buy ventolin (non prescription medication) and was made to feel as though I was trying to purchase an illegal substance. I now avoid having to go here unless it’s an absolute must, I’d rather pay more at the chemist across the road where I’m getting much better service and being treated with kindness and respect.

Small but well stocked. They also prepare prescription skin creams in large quantities in less than 2 day time.
