Before our first visit, we called to make an appt to try on some suits to hire. I was told that I didn't need to make an appt - just to come in. We went in and he didn't have any of the hire suits in store. We came back and this time he had no vests.. When my husband took his best man in to try on the suit, the lady made fun of the length of the trousers he was wearing (best man is very tall). Not very professional. My husband wasn't confident with how she measured the best man for his suit so they went back in when the main guy was there. When my husband went in to pick up the suits at the agreed time/date, his jacket was badly pressed so the guy said he needed to send it back. To top it all off, my husbands trousers were too long and looked like he just bought them off the rack the day before, when in fact he was measured several times by the people at Heritage Menswear. It's funny how a small thing like trousers being too long can make a wedding photo look bad. The only reason we went with Heritage Menswear is because they had the same suit in two different greys. They were definitely not the cheapest but perhaps we should have gone with the cheaper company...live and learn.
