Incredibly underwhelming experience. Called ahead to check they had the shoe size and assured they did. Arrived and were shown other shoes we were not interested in before establishing they did not have the size in the shoe brand we were looking for. Two staff members stood by idly chatting about their holidays and seemed bored to have to deal with a customer query. The shop also did not stock the school uniform we needed. All in all a waste of time that could have been avoided if the original telephone query had been answered correctly.
