Horrible experience. I’m giving two stars only because of the other friendly and caring staff.nnToday, I encountered a particularly unpleasant situation with an Asian female pharmacist. She was extremely rude and lacked any empathy towards patients. My GP had prescribed a lotion for eczema on my scalp, and due to a dosage error, another bottle was issued as a precaution.nnMy boyfriend went to pick up the prescription for me while I waited outside, as I was unable to walk due to a foot injury. The pharmacist accused us, in a condescending tone, of attempting to resell the medication, saying, “I’ve never seen anyone use 30ml of lotion in a week.” She even opened the packaging without permission to check, claiming it was to prevent resale.nnI have never been treated with such disrespect and am very disappointed by this experience.

Excellent pharmacy, had a really good experience with the pharmacist and staff. My partner had a emergency and they assisted me with getting the correct medications, and explained the process to me very carefully. Can be a bit pricey from memory.

Thanks to them my friend got her needed meds after a surgery, we arrived at 9pm and so efficiently they explained and gave us her medication! Such friendly staff

The patient and friendly night pharmacist Mok has on 2 occasions this year provided unhurried, detailed and useful advice about medication options. Very fortunate to have them.

Balwyn Day and Night Pharmacy has always given me and my family great advice and service over many years. Friendly staff too!! Great for having your late night scripts dispensed.
