Slow as. All the time. I walked out one day as staff member and customer talked about mops. . I was the only person waiting. She was the only staff member there. Her and customer turned and looked at me and just kept talking about where they bought the mop. Staff he do this frequently. Definately don't care about customer service. This happens frequently there. This is my local bank but I try to go to other Westpac branches because this branch is shocking..

Went in today to deposit some funds and the lady behind the counter refused to count the money I gave her.. I said I couldn't count it. She shugged her shoulders so I walked out.. I went over the road to CBA. They were very nice to deal with
