Made opening an account simple and easy, all staff where friendly and helpful, even when very busy. Shout out to Pam who opened my account, and Angela who was on her toes checking in on everyone and making sure everything is running smoothly - and was lovely to have a chat too while waiting.

Had to remove a block on my business account and open a new one, it took a while on the phone but eventually we got there. Ian was welcoming and super helpful, definitely made the wait a lot more pleasant. Thanks Ian
very bad staff , made me wait for my cheque for an 1 hour in que and still waiting not being able to cash my own money out , what a joke , you don't have to treat people by their appearance
Rushed to the bank after work and despite arriving a quarter to its closing time, I still received quality customer service from the staff members. In particular, a big thank you to Frank T. who went out of his way to ensure my accounts were all set up and who even followed up with a courtesy call a day after my trip. Much appreciated!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but have left this branch a number of times feeling very frustrated and annoyed after being spoken to very rudely and condescendingly by a particular female staff member. I walked into the bank and she just stared at me-no greeting or customer service. She was very unhelpful and rude when trying to get change for a business on a few occasions. Most recently the notes I used came from a business cash register from customers and were creased and she came over and waved them in my face and told me I shouldn’t be creasing my notes like that and couldn’t use them. The customer service here was terrible, I have never had issues at any other branches like this.
I want to make mention of Angela, the branch manager, who offered exceptional service and was very personable.
