Do not use this company. I have spent months trying to get them to transfer the management of our townhouses to another company. They simply do not respond and just ignore all requests. I am now taking them to supreme court after they ignored VCAT Orders.

Generally very slow or do not reply at all to contact. Out of office not used. Have been helpful at times but a lot of follow up is required to keep things moving and the service providers they use are generally good but very pricey and no attempts to get competitive quotes occur generally speaking.

Made the swap from VBCS to Body Corporate Guardians 3 months ago. Best decision! Outstanding work which poses serious health and safety issues is now moving forward after years of inaction. Communication is great and I have found BCG to be highly knowledgeable and professional. BCG now manage 2 apartment blocks which I own properties in and I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Thank-you Nola, Reanne and Sophie!

Do not under any circumstances consider their services. We have had dealt with them for 3 years and are now taking them to VCAT to recover outstanding monies and minutes from AGM so that we can change to new body corporate company. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and did not enact any of the agreed actions for property maintenance. They did not follow up on one unit who had not paid fees for over 2 years and could not explain their oversight of this most basic requirement. We are now hoping that they actually have our money and have not spent it elsewhere.
