Terrible experience. Same experience as per the previous reviewer we fell into a trap 5 years ago and bought a developer property which now days is well below the purchase price by nearly 15%.

Very disappointing service. The office is basically unresponsive to contact via email, website or phone messages. You ask for someone to call you back - no response. The advisors change to often and they never reach out proactively. This company was once recommended by H+R Block to me. I should not have listened.

Worst ever! They are investigated by the Ombusdman. They get deductions from your super without even telling you. I just found out after a year or so

National Sterling has been great to deal with. My financial advisor was very friendly, helpful and informative. In just one session he recommended a financial plan that was suitable to my current financial situation and hence assisted me in signing up for life insurance and income protection. He also assisted me to easily rollover my super into a new account that was more suitable for my circumstances. The customer service has been great and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend National Sterling, even if it is just to set up a basic financial plan, no matter what your current financial situation is.
