Made a deposit on the ATM. It didn't come up on the statement after 3 weeks. Tried to call them at different times over a week. Always voice mail. Left messages too but never received a reply.

wait time 20 min. 
need to transfer money to novated lease company who are Westpac client. the answer I got was that the bank couldn't do it for me...
They suggested that I will go back home, increase the daily limit, wait for it to change and then transfer the money. 
Instead I went to another ANZ branch in St Kilda Rd and they transferred the money for me with no issues.

Always fast quick service, I've been using this branch of the ANZ for around 10 years now and I'm very satisfied with the customer service. They've always been friendly and always seem caring and warm. 

Really nice to get a warm feeling from a big chain of banks, but this branch of ANZ delivers a warm feeling.

Friendly staff, one lady in particular is very warming however it is the slowest branch I've ever been to. Always seems under staffed as we're waiting 10-20 mins.
