shocking communication...i was in there asking for advice on my loans i have as i can pay them off or is it better just keeping offset...the asian girl didnt have a grasp of what i wanted.....she didnt even offer to look st my accounts to understand my questions...i gave up after 10 mins and said i would go to the city....if u are putting people in those positions at least and look at the accounts for an understanding!..

This place is an absolute disgrace, nice & friendly & apologetic people that work there, but the place has like half the staffon shift all the time that the place actually needs. Its always sooo busy, but they have 4 tellers/bays to serve people, & litterally every time I've been in here, (many times simply because I live close by), & there's "ALWAYS" only 1 teller/bay open for service, & the other 3 are "ALWAYS" closed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You will never get even simple transactions done in under the 10-15mins like most banks here, you're ALWAYS sitting around for like 15mins minimum. #Annoying/frustrating if you're in a hurry.!! :(

Bastards!!! This very spot back in 1994/95 used to be a short lived KFC franchise restaurant!!! Until these guys bought it out and took over the building!! For an area like St Kilda that claims to be anti corporation/profit, one corporation that atleast sold us decent fast food has now been taken over by something much worse like another bloody bank!! Kudos and to bravo to St Kilda's ongoing stupidity factor!!
