I have been a Commonwealth bank customer for over 30 years but as they do not seem to hold any ethical nor conscientious values, I have begun to systematically withdraw my funds and will continue to do so until this bank stops funding unethical businesses. Adani mine is the last straw. A huge, dirty poluting business that has no regard for our fragile reef, nor the wishes of the local first nation's community.

Poor customer service, not enough staff to assist the customer. 
 Floor was so dirty.

The opening hours are frustrating and the lines are often long, especially in the afternoon. The shelter attracts homeless sleepers and while this is partially the responsibility of the local council I believe that the Commonwealth Bank should also take action. 

Will edit response when I see action.
