Have had very disheartening experience with this branch after being a long standing customer for over 12 years. Stay away from this branch, especially the bank manager Garry Scott, who over promises but under delivers and charges exorbitant fees at every opportunity. Quite a shame really, have always been extremely happy with other managers at Bendigo. Other branches are much more helpful and professional and value their loyal customers, unlike Elwood branch. Very Very Disappointed.
