Worst layout, design, navigation and wayfinding of any shopping centre I have ever been to! Do not go here unless you like getting lost and frustrated. This photo is typical of the terrible signage in this place… the directional arrow points in the opposite direction of the restrooms! Whoever designed the signage here is blind or asleep at the wheel. Needs a major overhaul. Also the place is full of digital signs advertising shops you will never find in this confusing labyrinth of a mall which puts profits over customer amenity and convenience. Terrible experience shopping here.

Amazing experience at the Christmas craft. Came down with 3 kids, 2 girls and a boy of different ages and all loved it!! So many art supplies and the lady was lovely

This comment is about the 'marketing team' only and about Westfield stores in general online. There is currently a big Disney activation going on for the school holidays Dec 2025 and I only knew about it via a friend who was there at the mall in person.nnThere is ZERO information about it on the Westfield Warringah Mall website although it does turn up in a Google search result and then takes me to an empty page with an error. There is NO information in the Westfield app, NO information on any of the Sydney Westfield social media pages or Disney pages.nnThe head office and marketing team are way too slow updating all these places with relevant information given the activation started yesterday.nnAlso, every single staff member I have spoken to at various Westfield stores if they even get around to answering the phone have no clue about anything I ask them, as if they don't work there. They are nice and helpful but know even less than I do. How does Westfield even hire people? Why can't they give them the relevant information which they can pass on to customers?nnAlso, why does head office not relay the information to each Westfield quicker? Every single school holidays it's the same.. Most of them don't update their websites or the app until the very last minute. And even for the same event it may appear in different parts/links on the website.nnIt's all such a disorganised mess!!!nn-----nnThanks for your cut and paste reply but if you had actually read my comment properly I never once said I visited your mall. Thanks so much to the lovely helpful concierge ladies at the desk near Kmart at the Mall. I lost my phone & thankfully it was handed in to the desk by an honest fellow shopper. The amazing person who handed it in went above & beyond by sending a message to one of my contacts about finding the phone & where she'd left it. The concierge ladies took over from there & my phone was safely waiting for me with them until my return. Thanks again to everyone, so happy & relieved to have my phone back.
