The blankets are rich in colour and some beautiful yet classic colourways available. The Merino wool throw blanket I purchased gives the perfect warmth without any overheating. Very impressed with the quality and softness.
I have just receiver my 6th travel blanket, 3 were gifts and I will keep my 3rd, beautifully presented and packed, a wonderful gift, I have seen and felt the English and American equivalent and these are superior, best travel blankets available, bar none.
Beautiful product, have many at home and wanted to purchase more. Unfortunate on weekend one staff member very rude and abrupt when we arrived. Please come to Hobart with your nicest staff.
I wanted an Australian made merino blanket for my bed. I found Waverley Mills online, I called the customer service person in Australia who understood my needs. I purchased a King size check blanket it came wrapped in a recycled bag not plastic. I live in Sydney, my blanket has been on my bed since April. I have it under an Australian made quilt another Australian made company. It cost a bit more than other blankets made from Australian wool offshore but it's money well spent .
Just bought a beautiful woolen blanket from Waverley Mills, one of the last remaining woolen products mills in Australia, so do support them. In fact, I don't know of any other mill in Australian that makes full-sized blankets. Anyway, I have had a Waverley Mills merino rug for decades. It gets used constantly and it is still perfectly soft and in perfect condition. Whilst the price could seem a high compared to the cheap, synthetic rubbish you might find at KMart or PillowTalk, made in you know where! the value is exceptional. You will never regret your purchase.
I ordered a wool crafter kit on Nov 13 and it is listed as still being at the Ravenswood processing facility since Nov 14. Very disappointing.
Very warm and soft throw. However, got stabbed by a straw that made me bleed. Definitely need to work on their quality control. Would have been a great review but was let down.
Such lovely warm service at the outlet yesterday thank you!
