I cannot rate higher despite other good factors like good rang and items in general because the fabric section is HORRIBLE!nFor years now I have gone in asking for a certain measurement of a fabric and go home with less than I asked for. So now I ask for ten to twenty more for both hemming but their cutting as well so I should have three times what I actually need. Except now I have found they have seemed to increase the amount they cut short on so I need above thirty or forty more. However I don't actually get that much but I seem to pay that much. Now however they also palm any black cloth off as the same as the block out fabric I gave an off cut of and had details on my account for. The only thing that makes these two similar is that they are black fabrics. The worker insisted it was identical despite there being a very obvious difference on the fabric and I wasn't given a heartbeat to check the thickness. Trusting she'd heard a word I said I went home and tried to make good use of it. However because of the complete and utter differences between the fabric and the miss measurements they gave me vs the one I asked for and what I was led to believe I'd been given for this desperately needed task - it is useless!nDouble check your measurements and fabrics at the counter don't trust staff they often do not care as was clearly the case here. Apparently my request for help in this task was too much for her to have an effort in.nDon't just think having your measurements and type of fabric will be enough. Also expect to be rushed even when you are the only ones in line.nSo crushingly disappointed.
Very fun store for crafty people but also some of the most ridiculously priced products you’ll find. Good specials typically though.
Friendly and helpful staff but a woeful selection of buttons. Very generic.nnWhy close one entrance - the main one on Cimitiere St - and have a sign up saying it is closed but give no indication of where the open door is - it's around the back in the carpark.
Shop can be hard to find things sometimes, and staff hard to find but otherwise it's not bad. With free parking for the first hour
Awesome prices, one stop for all linens,towelling, and other stuff for the home
