I love Spotlight in Launceston but I believe that some services have to be look into. The customer services is generally good unless you come across with an insecure/immature personality staff. Who has no skills in interpersonal communications and avoid eye contact with the customers when negotiating or debating about an item. Yesterday, I was attended by a staff named Chloe, and she needs lots of training and guidance on keeping eye contact with customers when confirming a price of an item but not staring at the cash register screen. Very rude and unprofessional at all. Its like a fighting or arguing with a 2 year old toddler over a teddy bear and its embarrassing to watch her manners. Please have a training sessions with the staff occasionally to review your customer services, because one bad incidents can give the others good staff a bad name.

They have everything you need to make your own projects and more, plenty of parking spaces and knowledgeable staff.

Very very bad customer service. I clearly asked for help to locate where the item was very angry lady that works there yelled at me and said in front of the whole shop "Jesus Christ can't you find anything" I was very polite asking with manners and that's the response I get. I am not satisfied with the level of customer service. It's there Job to help you not be so rude towards a customer. I would not recommend spotlight launceston to anyone. Nor will I be going back there.😠
