The place is little bit out of the centre of the city but still closer than its competitors. It takes about 8 to 10 min to walk from the Launceston city centre. This shop has good collection of furniture, electronics and bedding. The staff was very helpful in making the purchase I wanted.
Sent my sisters laptop in to have its screen replaced a month and a half ago. She paid the invoice to have it fixed with in a week and then they supposedly started repairs, “which would take a week”, now we find after numerous phone calls to them; that we should have been receiving with updates; that the laptop has been sent to the mainland without any communication or consultation until WE had to ask where it currently was. My sister starts her third year of Uni this month, of which they were made aware, and she now doesn’t have her laptop to complete her studies at the beginning of the semester. Never had any issues here before, but the matter of lack of communication regarding personal belongings is an issue, especially if it is persisting with other customers.
I bought a $800 dollar vacuum from them, 6 months ago. It stopped working. They told me it would take a week to fix. It's been over 3 and they still don't know when it'll be done. They've offered no help with a temporary vacuum. And the staff I've spoken don't seem to care.

Brought multiple products through them, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Had a problem with a phone that was faulty and they were amazing especially Sam and Nick.
5 stars for Darren! I bought a Haier dryer from HN, and Darren recommended me to get it even though it was slightly out of budget. The dryer had a technical fault in five month. Nothing major according to the technician. It got repaired under warranty- I was worried about having to fork out a hefty repair price. The major part was Darren went above and beyond to get the technician to come have a look and get the dryer working again. That's a 100% customer service. Thank you Darren
Excellent service, we had to buy a new washing machine, and, had one in stock,/ on the floor. Very happy, immediate pick up.
I needed a heater and HN Launceston was my second pit stop. The team member was helpful and she gave me a small competitive discount. Apparently she has the same heater which was good to know as she had first hand experience. Happy warm days & nights ahead
No follow up for delivery of bed ,no calls ,I had to phone for status of delivery many times,it seems they got the money,and that was that , it was a large purchase,for our young daughter who has disability ,the weather was severe rain and flooding, purchase arrived on 13th I was so was worried about courier, no contact ,and Harvey Norman knew information and didn't follow up, disappointing
