Dreadful experience trying to get refund on incorrect sized Quilt - King Single quilt put into King Bed packaging. NO apologies from staff, me having to make extra trip into Launceston to return, instead was accused of washing the quilt cover NOT ONCE BUT 4 times, made to feel dishonest. Not happy Harris Scarfe, your customers/clients are what keeps you in business, I personally will do the minimum amount of shopping necessary at your store. Maybe your staff could benefit from further training in customer relations. Digruntled customer.
