I purchased an iPhone from Jesse (the store manager) at this store, on a $120 dollar plan, a $70 case and a $40 screen protector. I returned an hour later after noticing the screen protector sold by and installed by Jesse. It Was not installed correctly as the screen was not cleaned and subsequently I had a very poor $40 screen protector on an $1800 product. With dirt particles to eventually scratch the oleophobic coating. Upon asking for it to be fixed, Jesse told me that it will not be fixed as he is not at fault and it would be impossible for him to return the screen protector and it was now my problem. Very poor service by the store manager Jesse. The boy should learn how to correctly deal with customers and have a bit of integrity. Edit: Upon my wife going in and expressing the ability to be loud and without voilence, Jesse found the errors in his ways and gave us a new screen protector, possibly embarrassed In front of his fellow staff members. He also refused to provide a complaint number. Be very careful when purchasing products here. It’s all smiles and niceties until they have your money or signature.

During my initial visit i was served by a friendly staff member who was very helpful, unfortunately my after joining a plan with optus the sim card given to me wasn't working. I went back into the store and the same staff member resolved the problem quickly for me. Great customer service!

VERY disappointed with the so called service. Manager NEVER returned my calls........ Just for some context, I had a faulty product (sports watch) and was told it was water damaged and couldn't be warrantied. I contacted Samsung and they said it can be showered and swum in........ Because Optus in-house tech had opened it, Samsung won't look at it and Optus just left me hi and dry....In fact the faulty watch is still probably in their store? Frustrating as I prefer shop front service as it keeps people in jobs. Their service experience is the reason many people shop online.

Worst shittest service and staff are rude and don’t know anything except to take your money. Will not ever use them again! They suck....
