My wife visited this store on the 19th of January, just before 5:30. The female attendant who had long black hair was pushy to my wife who is from Indonesia. She wouldn't let her try on a dress before buying, my wife purchased it anyway and while she was paying for it the same woman allowed another customer who had just entered to try an item on. Terrible service and perhaps a racist staff member. 1 star and management should follow this up.
I was in the store Launceston on Monday 25/10/21 a young girl was the only one working she said hello when spoken to and went out back to get dresses I had aside that is all. After that there was no help I got what ever and however much I wanted from the racks and went and tried on she never once asked if I needed help, I actually walked out into the store to get more clothes in my singlet she just stared when looking up from her phone/iPad on the counter. I was in there for ages never said a word! I don’t like store people all over me but truly this girl was way to young & needs a little more training in customer service a smile and chat and happy goes a long way. This store does not have as much nice elegant stuff like other stores it used to but now more casual.
One of the better womens clothing stores around. Friendly staff and a huge range for my wife, prices are a little expensive but be realistic, it has quality. I suggest Forever New any day other than shops like Sussan. Will recommend.
A huge selection in this store much better than expected. And great service from a super helpful sales assistant!
