This store is a very modern looking new shop right in the heart of Launceston. What a shame all the eshay lads hang out near it.
We were served by a girl called Montana and we were mortified by her lack of professionalism and courtesy. She was downright rude and condescending. We don’t understand why anyone would employ her.
A pleasant store environment. Nice 25% off sale. I liked how they got me a new bag from the back instead of the one we had selected from the display. I had to ask if menswear is upstairs as there was no sign.
Bad customer service. My wife attempted to collect an online order from this store late this afternoon and was held up for a long period of time due to staff members conversing amongst themselves while she was waiting at the desk. An older staff member showed a total lack of respect for her standing there waiting, by completely ignoring her and then interupted another staff member who finally stepped in to help.
Always professional and friendly service here at the Launceston store. A credit to the brand.
