Absolutely great customer service. We had a fault with our Telstra internet device and the team were absolutely fantastic replacing it without any fuss what so ever. I loved their 'can do' attitude. I think people expect to walk in and be served immediately. But my experience is people need to expect to make an appointment and wait to see an expert. I was lucky, as it was later in the day and I was served quickly. Great work team.
The customer service representative was extremely helpful and assisted with getting my issue rectified. She was also able to assist my daughter with her purchases today. We're both very happy with the service provided at the Telstra shop today.
Asked a basic question regarding the ability to alter network configuration on a "mobile broadband device". I was told that was a technical question and wasn't offered alternative help, assuming that was possible. Unfortunately, I suspect that like many other similar work places, the staff in store are salespeople, with the technical staff being located overseas.
Went in for an appointment. Wanted to make a purchase. The customer service representative, bri. Was absolutely rude and abrupt and very unhelpful. She didn’t lift a finger to inquire about finding out if the product I wanted could get ordered in or when they might get some in. Just flat out said no, and she didn’t know. I ended up walking out and I shall not return!
Dear agents at this location, we can hear you whispering about us. We can hear the mean things you are saying. Not a smart move. Terrible customer service. Was on a short time frame and wanted a simple request. The agent wasted my time, took my passport behind closed doors and messed up my request. When I tried to leave the agent tried to make me pay for the mistake. I said I would return the next day and we booked an appointment. I showed up for my appointment and it wasn't booked. So now I wait to finish something I could and should have done online. Will wait 5 more minutes, 15 minutes past my time. Then planning on leaving. Finally was served at 40 minutes past my appointment time. Caught me while using their free wifi to write this review.
Lovely customer service. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended
You cannot call these guys. they NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return messages. Why have Voicemail when you never respond to it. Want to renew an existing mobile contract for another 2 years.. Good luck with that. Tomorrow I am going to Optus.
just rang your Launceston shop young lady was very rude and and no service assistance what so ever how she answered the phone was perhaps not good
Walked in. Great Customer Service technician attending to my problem within 5 minutes. Courteous and informed me of all my options. Finding a solution to my problem. Very impressed with the Staff and their professionalism. After a bad experience at Meadow Mews.
Two hour wait to just buy a phone, very poor customer service.
