Really good customer service! The young videographer bloke sorry forget his name was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us setting up our equipment, we really appreciate this kind of customer service.

was told about a product and that it would definitely work. went home and it does not work what do ever won’t even turn on. wasn’t given a receipt even on request of asking for it. a whole lot of money spent for nothing

Awesome service and a wide range of gear! There staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they have a great selection of digital cameras, camera bags, film gear, ect. The film variety is great! They sell 35mm and 120 and large formats i mostly shoot 120 and they helped me choose the best film for my purposes. They also develop colour 35mm film

Shame this isn’t my local camera house had such a great experience! The man that helped me was very knowledge on disposable film, helped me with all my questions. He even recommended some local spots for photos while we were in town. Great shop, great service & knowledge!

Good knowledgeable service

I recent purchased a R5 and lenses as well as a number of peripheries totalling $11k. This was a significant investment and about 18 months in the making as I contemplated which system and camera to go with. I was lucky enough on the day I decide to finally make the purchase to be assisted by Jonathan. He turned the whole purchasing experience in to a fantastic interaction. Nothing was to much trouble, great advice and a wonderful experience. I have worked in retail for 30 years and don't remember being more impressed by someone and the quality of their customer service. Darren Rumble
