I highly recommend Darren, his service has been exceptional. His expert knowledge helped us to choose the right products for our kitchen. Unfortunately there were extensive delays from the supplier. The service I received from Darren was exceptional. I purchased a Robotic Vacuum online, I planned on going into the store after work on new years eve to collect. I received a phone call from Darren, informing me my purchase was ready for collection. Unfortunately due to the store closing early, I would not be able to collect my Vacuum after work. After a quick discussion, Darren went above and beyond, hand-delivering my Vacuum to my workplace after the store had closed, in his own time. Of course he did not have to do this, however it was so appreciated and that is the kind of customer support, and service that will ensure I continue to patronise Fergies Betta Home Living well into the future.
During extensive renovations to our home we have dealt with Darren at Betta Electrical in Launceston and have found him to be very helpful throughout. He has excellent product knowledge and has advised me on several products which I am very satisfied with . He has also recently been able to help a friend of ours from interstate with replacement product at a rental property here, makes shopping very easy , and is a polite, friendly and helpful young man. Would certainly recommend contacting him anytime , and will certainly deal with him for future purchases.
Great customer service and prices! I have recently refurbished my whole house and thanks to Darrens great advice i am so pleased with all my appliances fridge, free standing oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher. I'll be back for more expert advice at great prices.
Every single person on the team has been an absolute legend. From my endless product questions to organising delivery, each one of the team have supported me with genuine honesty and have gone above and beyond to help take the stress out of buying white goods and moving. I will absolutely be coming back for any other home goods and would not hesitate in shouting their praises around town. Highly recommend Darren at betta! He looked after me when I bought a new oven couple years ago and just recently came back to buy a new fridge due to the excellent service and product knowledge that he provides. Darren has been a great help discussing the different products and helping me pick the right one for me.
Darren and the team have been incredible to deal with. During our house build, they made purchasing and acquiring our appliances easy and stress free. At the unboxing of our oven, we unfortunately discovered some damage, obviously at no fault of Betta Home Living; even when faced with this problem so close to Christmas, Darren was able to overcome the issue and rectify immediately. We had a replacement oven ordered that day and dispatched from the Victoria warehouse the following business day. Couldn't ask for "betta" service! Cheers
