Great customer service & a clean & tidy store. Staff went above and beyond to help me source a replacement part for my Jetboil. I received a phone call update and then the part within a week. Very impressed. Setting a great example of how customer service should be, well done.
Aaron was incredibly helpful today and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. We had a great experience in-store and as tourists in Launceston about to go hiking, he made us feel very welcomed. Thank you so much!
Absolutely no customer service. I had 5 different staff members walk past me and not one asked if I'd like any help. It was not a busy time as I was only one of approximately 5 customers in the whole store.
