Absolutely no customer service. I had 5 different staff members walk past me and not one asked if I'd like any help. It was not a busy time as I was only one of approximately 5 customers in the whole store.

AMAZING customer service from Sam. On their system they were showing in stock 1 of the Yakima Frontloader Bike rack. He looked really hard and found two. I needed two as I have twins!!!
