I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the magical experience I have had with you lovely ladies. I found some dresses I liked to try from Mila Nova and I could only find them available in timeless elegance bridal. Since the first phone call Eva was so excited and lovely and automatically made me feel so happy and easy about my appointment. These ladies were so lovely that I knew for sure I’ll find my right dress in there. That’s why I made a plan to surprise my sister at my dress shopping and ask her to walk me down the aisle, I was coming from Manchester where I’m originally from from and Eva helped me all the way through to plan this surprise idea and she made it work. From the second I walked in their beautiful shop I felt special and amazing. I can explain enough how lovely every single one these lovely ladies were. The advices they gave me was the best. And I just loved my experience so much and would never be able to forget it. We all cried and hugged in the end and I can’t wait to see them again now I have found my beautiful dress and I am part of timeless elegance family

From the bottom of my heart I just want to thank Eva for making the entire experience of finding a dress so special and memorable. The atmosphere just walking in was magical and everyone was so friendly and lovely. It was wonderful to get a moment to sift through all the sparkle to choose a few dresses, I felt like such a princess. With Eva’s help - who completely understood my vision I got there! I’m such a particular person and she was so accommodating. Her creativity helped my vision come alive and I felt so comfortable in the process! We went beyond the hour I paid for and she didn’t rush me at all, everyone was so encouraging and made me feel pretty. It was such a lovely room to be in as well. I’d go back every day if I could! The champagne provided for me and all my friends and family was such a lovely touch too, I really appreciated how attentive she was to all of us! I was completely stunned to find my dream dress and with a few added touches we are yet to complete, sleeves I slipped on and off, Eva helped make that dream complete as did her mother who made some further suggestions. I loved being around creatives who helped me make the dream come alive! I want to thank Timeless elegance for dealing with my indecisiveness, particular ways, and reluctant-ness to actually say yes, you were so patient! But it’s easily one of the best yeses I did say apart of course from the most obvious ones you can imagine!, I can’t wait to see the final piece. Timeless elegance met all my wedding dress needs and sent me off with the cutest little gift package, you were so confident but so right Eva, I was going to say yes that day! Xx

I came across Timeless Elegance on a work trip in Cardiff, a lady and her mum was there for final fitting and saw me looking at the shop, she said they couldn’t recommend them more.  A month later I booked an appointment, and honestly, they’re such a great team there. The energy, warmth, it made the experience so enjoyable, comfortable and just genuinely so exciting. I absolutely love the designers they have stocked, and found many absolutely gorgeous dresses. Sam was brilliant and we had so much fun, and the dresses they recommended was stunning. I love that that can do in-house alterations to customise the dress I liked most to make it my dream dress. They put no pressure on getting the dress straight away which was also very much appreciated. I definitely recommend going to them!

Had an amazing experience with the girls at Timeless Elegance, the best bridal shop I have been to! I didn't get a dress my first time but after trying on a few more elsewhere I knew what I needed and booked in again at Timeless. The girls are so lovely and Eva knew what I needed before I did! I can’t recommend timeless elegance enough. From the moment we went in the bride was made to feel special. She glowed throughout the whole session. The staff were amazing, especially Oksanna who was with us throughout. Nothing was to much trouble. We tried another bridal boutique and had a completely different experience so went straight back to Timeless elegance and they didn’t disappoint. What an amazing team of ladies. Thank you

We had a good feeling about this shop as soon as we walked through the door, and we were right. The staff were amazing. They were very friendly, encouraging and made my shy daughter feel very good about herself. The seamstress is amazing. She has magic fingertips and personality to match. My daughter left the shop feeling like a princess :

My daughter & me popped into the shop today 24th March 2023 for a prom dress. The lady was so welcoming and told us to just have a look. The shop is is very intimate, & you get amazing service. My daughter found a dress, it looked beautiful on her, & although she wasn't quite sure, the lady was so encouraging, & just so lovely. Would definitely recommend taking a look.

Well, what a lovely experience. From the online booking to saying yes to the dress, the wonderful humans at Timeless Elegance were attentive, considerate and professional. They even called ahead to let me know that Cardiff city centre was busy on the day of my appointment, just in case. On arrival me, my mum and sister were made to feel welcome and special. Aside from the lovely touches like Prosecco and scented candles to set the mood, the incredible women at TE really made this experience feel personalised. They took the time to get to know us and listen to what I wanted. They struck the right balance between attentiveness and space to let us think and talk things through. Oh, and most importantly, these people know their stuff. Their knowledge and expertise about the dresses and designers made me feel that I was in safe hands. For example, the first dress I tried on was selected by Eva ahead of time, it turned out to be THE ONE. I can’t speak highly enough of TE and I urge you to book your first appointment with them now. My appointment was on the 11/08/21 with Camille and Agne. I came with my MOH and can I just say the service blew us away. When we left we couldn’t stop talking about it. We previously went to a high street bridal store and left feeling very upset and dishearten. So we didn’t have high hopes. But honestly from when we entered Camille was so nice and welcoming. She immediately knew my size and had an idea of what would look great on me. She allowed us to take the lead on my appointment. She gave her opinion after you said yours to make to ensure that you truly loved the dress. All in all, She and Agne are so friendly and amazing. She was enthusiastic when I finally found the one, you can tell that she truly cares about her clients and the women that come into the boutique. I’ve never felt more beautiful in a dress.
