I've used the team at TBC quite a few times over the past two years. I run a local IT business and their staff have saved me from being on hold to Telstra-proper. I've always found they can either give me an answer straight away, or will take ownership of the problem and get back to me.

Walked in. 2 available staff just sitting there doing nothing, didn't even glance at me or say hello. Sat on the cough waiting for 30 minutes. 

Ended up walking out. Horrible customer service.... guess that's Telstra for you
