A big shout out to Mark at Jessups Phone, Tablet & Computer Repairs.
In short: great service and fantastic capacity to explain issues to a tech luddite like me.

Now, here's a great story. My Mum has some pretty impressive IT skills. Over time, she'd amassed multiple computers and other hardware which wasn't meeting the exacting standards she had for computer needs.

Enter Mark.

With an absolute laundry list of hardware and software fixes to make, there wasn't anything he couldn't do. And he didn't solve things by flogging her a new computer, either. The result was a consolidation of what she already had which makes for a happy mum. And that's a great outcome for everyone!

So, if you're in Lonny and need someone to look at your tech gadgets and phones, these peeps have my vote.

My family and I have had many dealings with the awesome team at Jessups! We have had numerous phone, tablet and computer repairs done. All work has been completed promptly, at reasonable prices and our devices are still in great working order since being repaired. A great, friendly bunch of people to deal with, and we would highly recommend them!
