Mark is a wizard and was fantastic to interact with. He was able to get me the parts I need when everyone else just throw it in the too hard basket. The cherry on the cake is that mark got me the parts in less than 24 hours!! That’s what I call service!
We have always taken out phones to get repaired and always get great service. Just dropped in to have a phone repaired and they fixed it no charge! Very honest and practical… it’s greatly appreciated.
Awesome service. They spent a long time trying to overcome a major issue with an old MacBook Air 10 years old. To no avail. Didn’t charge me a cent. Can’t ask for much more than that. Used them many times in the past and will continue to use and trust Jessups. A1 service.
