Most useless store on Earth. Was sent the wrong phone, told by Telstra to go to nearest store and they woyld change. Go in, no help and just told me to to ring complaints. Called complaints and they put in a request to change and said go back in. Went back in and they palmed me off to another store with no attempt to fix anything. Avoid! Update: The Telstra store in the CBD fixed the issue in 5 minutes, proving just how incompetent the staff at Kings Meadows were.

Worst experience ever, these people are just salesman who want to sign you up to the plan that gives them the best commission, found this is not even a Telstra owned shop.
