Very helpful I have been there twice so far. He is always happy to help and give advice. Unfortunately both times was too much damage to repair so he advised replacement which I did even though he did not profit from my purchases he never hesitated to give advice and explain to me the problem.

Mr Fix It has terrible service he is so rude and blunt he just when you walk in he just looks at you like why are you here. He made me feel so disgusting after I left I was so upset I will never come here again.

Professional and quick service. He warned me of the possibilities of what could go wrong (in changing a battery in the model of phone I have), but it didn't happen to my phone.
