There are troubles, with the technology, but the staff are very helpful, as with much of the rest of life, it's a struggle with the technology. The staff don't play, the judgement game, blame you for having trouble with the technology. Instead they work with you, through your problems, it can take a while, they'll do things, to make the process easier, for you.nnThe reward, is in the persistence and friendly staff, can make all the difference, they see what's not working, help you to push on and not give up.
Every person I interacted with gave exceptional service and went beyond my expectations, whether it be via email or phone, I was pleasantly surprised each time. I didn't ask for certain things eg extra packaging for expensive electronics as I thought it'd be a hassle, but it was given without request. 10/10.

We were served by Khan today. He was knowledgeable about the products purchased and listened to what we required. He did not push us to purchase a product that was more expensive or surplus to our needs. Very happy purchaser.
Not a very nice experience at all. I was having trouble with the xxl HP printer cartridge that I had purchased sometime ago from this store, it wasn’t recognised by my printer and eventually my existing good tri color cartridge was also rejected and I couldn’t use the printer at all. In recent years it seems that printers are a disposable product and for the price of a cartridge you may as well just buy a whole new printer which comes with 2 cartridges? Very wasteful.I purchased the xxl cartridge believing that I would have a spare that I could use if the origonal ran out, not knowing that as the gent behind the service counter told me, that there is only a 30 day returns policy. I did tell him that I had purchased the item at this store and that I did not have a receipt for it and could they do something? Another female assistant chimed in that it didn’t look like their product, which I initially and mistakenly said was a Canon product, which I immediately corrected and was given a disbelieving retort implying that I was in fact lying as to where I bought it from. I am in 2 minds as to either, never using a home printer again, as I have about 4 at home that have all failed in some way or to make sure that I never purchase anything from Officeworks Launceston again and buy everything on Temu or Amazon, where at least you don’t have people calling you a liar and where you have the chance to have a chance to state your case.
